SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise ParkCenter

The kitchen staff were exceptionally nice ensuring place is clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good and included bacon. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. My last stay was 2 years ago and was great as well as this time, but this time it does seem to like it needs better air circulation in the hotel and kitchen.

This hotel is in a great location on the Boise Greenbelt trail system for walking and cycling. The hotel rents bikes. The complimentary breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel as a solid choice. Pros: Pleasant location on green belt along the river Staff were friendly and helpful Very good full American breakfast buffet Suite was reasonably spacious Comfortable bed Walk-in shower Not great: Room needs better lighting Bathroom split, with sink in main room. Once upon a time this was probably a really nice hotel. However time hasn’t been real kind so the place is clean but ran down. Carpets in the halls were dirty and worn. Staff was friendly, food was ok for being included and they do have a good selection to choose from. TV channels are very limited and recommend bringing your own TP. Pretty quiet, not far from downtown and near the green belt.

The room was very clean but the bedroom is not separated from the kitchen/living room. There is only a small fridge and no dishes-only paper plates and plastic ware. They are pet friendly but put us with our dog on the 3rd floor. The plus is that once you get outside there are lots of grassy areas around the hotel. The staff is very nice.

Checked in on a Thursday evening. Not many people in the lobby. It was late. We had a ton of luggage but no luggage carts. We spent the next 30 mins scouring the hotel for a cart. None were to be found. Same thing occurred the following morning. Asked for assistance from front desk. No help. They don’t where their carts are. Terrible customer service. You have to have more than one luggage carts. Come on Marriott! Room was ok. Bed was squishy and bathroom was a tad dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again
