2 bedroom unit that is 2 stories. ONE room upstairs had a window unit and one downstairs. They told us to just open the windows to the children's room (literally a room with 2 twin beds) at night that room was never below 83 degrees. That clearly wasn’t a solution and the kids had to sleep in our room. Unit was not well cleaned and they expect you to wipe down surfaces, sweep the floors, make sure all the dishes are done and collect all towels to place by the washer before departure or they charge you a $250 cleaning fee. Office isn’t open 24/7 and you can’t reach them outside of office hours. Was nice being across the street from the beach and having a washer and dryer but the unit needed a lot of repairs and the lack of A/C is just not worth it. Multiple holes in the wall, peeling paint in the bathrooms, leaking toilets.

Excellent staff who responded immediately to concerns or questions. Very accomodating with checkin and checkout. Resort well maintained but showing some signs of age. No real issues other than location being on a busy main road that attracts those annoying people driving by with stereos blasting at full volume. Unfortunately the resort can do nothing about that. Still a great location across from one of Kihei’s nicest beaches with incredible sunsets. Great access to any activities and shopping you may want. It would get a ten rating but for the busy street location.

Pick another place to stay. RCI remove this place, unless they do a 180 on the air conditioning, and make it worth the extra resort fee they charge, not worth the #$

Perfect view of the sea and Sunsets! Directly across the street from the Kamola Beach 1. Condo is laid out well with everything you need including chair and umbrella. No bugs, good bed, Very clean, updated and all amenities working. I recommend this unit for shopping, food, renting gear and near ABC for all other stuff. (Prime Rib at ABC is terrific) Kamola has super sweet staff too. We will be going back soon.

Staff was nice, no hot tub. Units are old and not maintained as well as they should have been. Broken blinds, dirty doors to washer/dryer area, shower curtains old and rusty, corrosion on bathroom light fixtures. Furniture was nice in living area. Units are on small side. They have fines for a variety of possible infractions of the rules.
