Loved the hotel and will come back again. I did want to point out Hori from 10th floor Housekeeping. They were extremely professional and worked hard to keep the room looking amazing. Thank you for a great experience overall! We are planning a trip back in July and will definitely stay again.

This is a hotel for active and young adults who need a place to 'lay low' after partying; this is not a family hotel and it is not a hotel for travelers with distinguished tastes. For example: one Thursday night, when the hotel has live music at the restaurant and bar on the lobby level, I went downstair to use the free water refill station and the entire elevator area was obstructed by young ladies who stumbled their way from the bar through the lobby to the only bathroom on that floor. These ladies were heaving and showing clear signs of alcohol overindulgence; they were also accidentally but drunkenly blocking several guests from entering or exiting the elevators. A father trying to shield his daughter's eyes while making his way into the elevator said "this is not a family hotel", and I have to agree. The rooms are nicely decorated, and clean, although the bed and linens were hard and not comfortable. There was no hot water on my first night. I had to call the front desk, then wait approximately an hour before hot water ran in the shower. Worse, the water pressure is too weak to wash away sand that found itself in surprising places. There are no good views, so don't let them upsell you on the "available upgrade to a higher floor" when you check in. All views are of the parking garage on one side or another building on the other side. Stay elsewhere if you want a view; remember, this is where you "lay low". If you want to try to treat Waikiki like Vegas or Bourbon Street, where you party in the streets until you have to stumble back to your room, this is your place.

This is my second time here and it was even better than my last visit. Everything was clean and their facilities were up to date! I appreciate their many complimentary amenities, saved me with the q-tips! My whole family really enjoyed their shaved ice as well. I had an amazing time talking with their staff, especially the kind Sherry Mae! Her attention to detail was great! Thanks Sherry Mae! All the staff was amazing, every time I came from a long day the bed was made and my towels were gone. I can always appreciate a fresh towel!

My husband and me stayed at the hotel for our one year anniversary, we were upgrade to a corner suite since we have titanium elite. The room was nice and clean. Even though it's in waikiki, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was also delicious, we got $30 dining credit Each day and used it at the hideout restaurant. The signature cold brew was so good!
