This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the second I walked in, it was clear that this place doesn’t care about its guests. The front desk staff, especially a man named Dan Patel, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, barely spoke, and acted like helping a guest was a burden. Zero hospitality, zero respect. Dan left an awful first impression — no smile, no courtesy, just attitude. If this is who the hotel puts at the front desk, it says everything you need to know about how poorly the place is run. The room was disgusting. Dust everywhere, a weird smell, stained sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. When I asked to switch rooms or speak to a manager, I was ignored. Honestly, avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is terrible, the staff (especially Dan) are rude and careless, and the rooms are far from what’s advertised. Total waste of money and time.

Do not come here. My wife and I have stayed at this Quality Inn property 15-20 times over the last four years. Tonight I'm alone and, even though I was placed in a "smoking room" instead of the "non smoking" room I booked on the Choice Hotels app, I'm not going back downstairs to complain. I shouldn't have to. I'd rather tell the world through Trip Advisor than to tell only one person, who will forget me by tomorrow anyway. And tonight I''m tired. I don't want to fight the smoking/non smoking battle, only to be told "we clean the rooms to get the smoke out." How often have I heard that?? The desk person had to know this is a "smoking" room, without my telling him. My wife would not stay in this room. And she won't ever have to stay on this property again. Choice Hotels, especially the Quality brand, are quickly falling off my option list.

Vicky was an excellent host. He made sure I was comfortable, upgrading my room without my request. The room was very clean, and more than suited my needs. I am so grateful to Vicky for his sensitivity to his guests. I will definitely book again in the future. I hope you are still there, Vicky. Thank you so much.

We got there late and tried to open our door. It was stuck. It took two employees to get it open which took about 20 minutes. The shower in our room was just a trickle. We couldn't even really rinse our hair. The majority of the rooms were taken by one group who were extremely rude. They blocked the breakfast area and just stood and talked and would not move out of the way. The stood in front of our room at 5 a.m. and talked loudly and woke us up. When we complained nothing was done. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 on the weekend but was finished at 9.
