Amazing staff and service! Shamar went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hospitality was top-notch, and every detail was handled with care. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The beds are really good and the pillows are fluffy also the management is really kind I feel like a lot of people should come here it’s very quiet relaxing and have good food places near I think other people would enjoy this hotel experience like me

Hotel is strange. Waited in reception for over 20 minutes waiting for a member of staff to come and check us in. A sign on the counter said he was helping another customer but after 20 minutes he waltzed from out the back with no customers anywhere in sight. Check in was painless. We as on the 3rd floor. Lift was dirty and it was clear the cleanliness of the hotel is not a priority here. Once we got out the lift on the 3rd floor the smell hit us. Dirty, musky, smokey, tabaco stale smoke, It was not nice. Luckily the room did not smell anywhere near as bad as the corridors. Room was large and there was a kitchen on there that that had nothing in it. Not even a cup or glass in case we wanted a drink. No coffee or kettle in the room which was disappointing. We'd been travelling for over 16 hours and eventually arrived at this hotel and its not even a 2 star hotel. Luckily we only had 1 night here and left early the next day.

Was just here for one week and had to find different accommodations. Only 4 things that I like about this location are 1. The staff is great very friendly and helpful. 2. the location is close to everything and work. 3. Its clean 4. Security, only one entrance all exits doors are only out and cameras inside and outside. The list of bad things and the reasons I left: 1. Charged every time ($1.78 plus tax) to change out my towels/ bedding 2. Can get noisy at night with people hangout in the parking lot with people smoking and listening to music 3. Charges you $40 for a pot with a lid, pan, Spatula and a spoon 4. Charges you $20 for cups, plates, bowels, and utensils 5. Can smell the smoke and the vaping while you're in your room or walking around from people smoking in their rooms 6. Doesn't offer complimentary breakfast (never really used that service) 7. Some appliances in the rooms are old and rusting 8. Charges you for toilet paper This has been my 3rd Extended Stay American in the last 2 years due to work. the other ones were in Minnesota, I can say I was only paying $250 top a week (that's with company discount) and never had any issues like this. Here at this location, I'm paying $483+ a week (that's with the company discount) and you're nickeling and diming me at this price. You would think at this price that you're charging me I wouldn't be getting all these issues. Wish I had taken pictures.

The staff here is wonderful. The manager is absolutely amazing and very helpful. Ashlei goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby smells of cookies when you walk in. Joe was very helpful in helping with our stove not working.
