Our youth group of 40+ people stayed at this hotel for a trip to Six Flags and the GA Aquarium. Upon check-in Inez was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The hotel lobby was clean and we did not notice any major renovations occurring. The hotel rooms were quiet and very clean. We did have an issue with two rooms but hotel staff immediately accommodated us. When Mr. Han the hotel manager was made aware, he corrected the issues and apologized for the inconvenience. He even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and truly appreciate Mr. Han and his wonderful staff for going over and above to make our stay a success. The breakfast was tasty and the lemonade in the lobby was amazing!

Love this hotel! Front desk staff, Kim, Courtney and Logan are always welcoming! It feels like family. Suites are always clean and sanitized and the breakfast offers nice variety for vegetarians., while keeping the typical meat breakfast offerings. Can't wait to return! Thank you!

This is Springhill Suites, but not what youāre thinking. This is literally a crack motel version of Springhill Suites. The room is completely aged and gross and there is nothing close to acceptable about this room. I really do feel like Iām staying in some kind of institutional facility or a halfway house. Anything other than a nice hotel and I donāt know a) how this is called a Marriott Hotel and allowed to operate under that name, and b) how Iāll get through this week staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel for five nights. I just really picked the wrong hotel and Iām urging you not to stay here until the promised renovations are complete. The front desk clerk was super nice, however.

We stayed one night to attend six flags. My kid declared this officially the worst hotel he has ever stayed at. We had a friendly check in but it was all downhill from there. We had bugs crawling around on our deskā¦like 20 tiny ones. The carpet and floors were just plain filthy. The walls had brown sludge smeared across and general dirt. The toilet seat falls off hinges when you sit down. But the worst was the sheets were dirty. And pillows. Iām wondering if they were even changed between visits. The breakfast area was a real turn offā¦we chose to leave and head to Panera. There were zero attempts to keep that area hygienic. One tiny elevator that is dirty and takes forever. Iād stay anywhere but there next time.
