Breakfast was a joke. Freezer in mini fridge completely full of ice. Indoor heated pool water was unbearable cold. Could smell weed up and down the hall. Found hair in one of the beds. The tv service cuts off at night and doesn't come back on to 6 am.

We were in town for a family loss but thankfully we were able to rest here and we didn't have any problems. The before was comfortable and we were able to upgrade to a king deluxe room at no cost but with everything going on we didn't get to use the jacuzzi but I would be willing to go back. Very much appreciated the ladies at the front desk being very professional and sweet.

Staff were extremely nice. Anything we needed they had or knew where I could find it. Room was clean. Bathroom door stuck and was very loud had to slam it to get it to close but other than that great time. Good breakfast. Great time at the pool. We will be back for sure!

Worst hotel ever. I was kicked out of hotel in the middle of a hurricane bc the manager doesnât didnât like me after she accused me of having a cat that I do not have and am also healthy allergic to. She even called my cell phone after watching me leave. Charged my card for bogus charges. All I can say is RUN!! I have had to take legal action. You will be better off making the trip to Helen, GA where the true souther hospitality is. But you wonât find it here.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The employees were nice and responsive. Our coffee pot did not work but was replaced immediately. A nonworking light was not repaired but it did not may have required new parts.
