Quality Inn Columbus near Fort Moore

The room was nice and clean, and the price was good for the area. The only downside was the outside - parking lot and walkways - were kind of dirty and gross. I didn't feel unsafe, though. I was only there for 1 night, so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The breakfast is ok too. I would stay again for this price.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was this dirty! Could not find another hotel nearby or else I would not have stayed. Rooms are not what the the hotel advertises. Please review the pictures that I posted. If you look at the shower picture that I posted you will notice where the shower was wiped and they missed the top and from the amount of dirt it had been a long time since it was cleaned properly. I do not know how Quality Inn allows this property to carry it's name. This property should be shut down! The only thing that was good was the night person "Johnny" who was very helpful.

I suggest being careful with this motel. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that someone was in. Because that was our room, we had to stay in a room with 2 smaller beds. The room we were given first smelled like dogs, so we were given a second room. Finally we got checked in. Now you understand why I say be careful with this motel.

Worst experience in all of my travels. 1. Extremely rude and incompetent staff, from the old man who checked me in at night to the overweight woman who checked me out, and even the cleaning lady. None of them wanted to be there and seemed to be inconvenienced by the guests of their business. 2. Dirty rooms, dirty showers, and dirty mirrors. Floors felt sticky and there was what looked like blood on the floor, turned out to be nail polish with hair stuck in it. 3. Shady vibes, loud and next to the freeway. 4. Turns out the owner has plenty of issues with his business practices and the treatment of his employees. Maybe that's why this place is such a dump. Plenty of options in this town nearby. Don't waste your money here.

Staff was incompetent, check in person answered the phone while waiting on me. When we finally did get checked in, our room was disgusting. The bed had hairs and dirt on the sheets. The sheets also had burn holes. Disgusting drive right by!!!
