Good stay except for check-in and the room being too light at night (room darkening shades were too short and exposed light from the parking lot lit up our room). Breakfast and check-out were excellent. The room was clean and quiet at night. Minor issues with bathroom wear and tear as one of the tiles fell off in our bathroom and the other room the faucet knob was coming out of the wall. My mom had to call the front desk to have them "show" her how to finagle it to turn the shower on.

Everything was so neat and clean and organized. The bathroom was top tier I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. The bar downstairs was amazing as well as the free breakfast served that morning. The hotels is surrounded by great areas such as Texas Roadhouse.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The cozy corner was perfect for an extra guest. Breakfast was perfect. Coffee- the best I have had a hotel. We did have an issue with them charging my card and using my points. However, I think they are in the process of refunding my card.

I never write reviews, but this is one time I feel it’s necessary. This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, which is why I decided to stay again. Unfortunately, after a very long drive, it didn’t turn out as planned. After checking in and arriving to my room, I was welcomed with fleas on the sofa. I notified the staff, they quickly moved me to the only room available, definitely a downgrade from what I paid for. I couldn’t sleep the rest of my stay, kept lights on, luggage in bathroom to check for fleas or anything else, will not stay again. The location, staff and breakfast were great.

Bed bugs in room 304. They tore me up. Had to seek medical attention. Staff was mostly indifferent. Told me they spray twice a week for bed bugs. I showed them the video of the bed bugs on the mattress I just slept on. Showed them my body covered in bites marks. Please avoid if possible. If you insist on staying here then pull back the bed sheets and check. Don't get torn up like I did.
