I had a wonderful experience during my stay! Ro at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming — she went above and beyond to help me find a room that was a better fit after my first one felt a little too small. Her kindness truly made a difference. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Tracy in Banquets — she was an absolute rock star! Her energy and professionalism stood out and made the event even better. I’ll definitely be back in the near future for a personal trip so I can really enjoy the town. Big thank you again to Ro for making my stay so special!

When I checked in I met Ms.Rowe, she helped with anything I needed….amazing service, I love the complimentary wine hour, with the beautiful fireplace, Hotel is very clean and welcoming I enjoyed my stay and do plan on coming back I love ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great check in experience with Christian. And great service from Jillian in The Sally. We will definitely stay here again if we come this way. The food was very tasty. Roasted duck breast and a great tasting cheeseburger. Jazz night on Thursday was a little loud, but had a great sound!

I LOVE this hotel! It is my second time staying here and both experiences have been pleasant. What stands out the most is the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of every staff member. Also, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The morning coffee station and water stations are very appreciated and the lobby area is a good place to get some work done. The neighborhood is excellent, but not too in the middle of anything bustling, that it makes for a very quiet stay.

Upon check in there was a long wait. Only one person checking everyone in. Room is worn, scuffs everywhere. Lock cover to the room is missing. Not a high-end hotel by any means, I've stayed at much nicer Kimpton properties. The valet attendant didn't greet me friendly either. Too costly for what it is. The person checking guests in also made a comment to the person in front of me after seeing her ID is Canadian, "Take me with you." Inappropriate.
