Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta

Great times at Hilton Alpharetta, Mel and the bar did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable, mixed awesome fantastic Espresso Martinis, food was great, I had the flatbread and wings, Cameron came in from the kitchen and check in. Hotel is beautiful and super clean and free parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for business. The staff was extremely pleasant and kind. This is a newer hotel and the riff raff doesn’t stay here. I did not hear any noise in my bedroom at night. The walls must be insulated well. Will be back as I feel safe here.

In a world of crappy hotels masquerading as places where you think might be a good place to lay your head for the night, this is thankfully NOT one! I travel all over Georgia for work, and this is my favorite hotel to stay at. I go out of my way to try and stay here. It is a newer hotel that has a handsome and timeless design. It is located in a great location, with easy access to 400 and all the good shops/restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The executive suite for diamond members is very nice with a good view, nice outdoor space, good food/drinks, and very friendly hosts. The breakfast in the executive suite is also a nice treat. The gym is large and decently equipped. The restaurant has a delicious filet with nice presentation. There isn't any annoying parking fee to park your car. I hope the hotel management continues to keep a high standard for cleanliness and maintenance for this hotel. If so, you will continue to be a great hotel for many years to come.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is stunning. The rooms are well done and modern. They are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Great location close to everything in north Atlanta.

Terrible experience. Front desk staff lazy, rude and unaccommodating. Cannot complete simple tasks because no manager on duty. The sales department made multiple errors. You have to send multiple emails to get a response. They did not follow the contract and changed the meeting room last minute followed by excuses and additional costs. Overall, unprofessional staff. I would never consider a group here again.
