The Hotel just finished the first few phases of renovation. They cleaned up very well. I can see where the hotel is going with the new look. Despite minor scratches and marks, the hotel looks nice inside. The staff was so friendly , welcoming and professional.

the bed and pillows omg felt like heaven .. everything was cleaned nicely . Will definitely be staying again 10/10 would recommend .. from the bathroom to the room everything was exactly what it needed to be while on vacay … Real review from a real customer ..

Very decent place to stay. Convenient to many things in the area and super friendly staff. Only thing I wish would have been better was the mattress. I personally found it to be hard. Overall great place to stay, and I would recommend it if visiting Albany.

The room was clean and spacious. I had a lovely note from housekeeping that made a big impression. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. Reservations said continental breakfast but it was a full spread. Will stay again.
