I, along with five colleagues, stayed at this hotel, stayed at this hotel, as we were attending a business convention at the Palm Beach convention center, the staff was cordial and extremely accommodating. I have to to give a special shout out to Laurie and Dijon, who went above and beyond to accommodate us with our reservations. In addition, the hotel was extremely clean, and the rest of the staff was equally as wonderful as Laurie and Dijon. I look forward to my next visit.

Laurie is a very polite, professional, friendly, and hospitable staff member who helped me with every request made. The location of the hotel is ideal and close to the airport, as well as many other amenities. The breakfast was quite good and it always smelled very pleasant, especially in the room. This was a business trip but this hotel is great for vacation, families, and pet friendly. The rooms are very clean and I especially like the high ceilings.

I love this hotel but in particular the exceptional service they provide! Especially with Laurie who accommodated all of our needs! She's the very best at what she does! Phenomenal customer service with understanding and humility! Companies definitely need to find and hire more exceptional people such as Laurie! Thank you Laurie for what you do!!!!

I stayed at this hotel in early January 2025. The Check-In desk was manned by a Hampton Garden Inn employee "on loan" for the shift. She was efficient and very helpful. The room was clean* and comfortable. The hotel is geographically convenient. Problems: 1. A/C did not work and required Maintenance to fix. 2. The room did not have a blanket. Required Housekeeping to bring one. * The A/C filters were dirty. Summary: 1. The customer pays for a clean, comfortable room with working equipment and a blanket, the latter being a standard feature in Hampton Inns. 2. The two problems should not have existed if Management was doing their job. 3. Reading the TripAdvisor 1 Star reviews reveal repetitive Management issues at this property. Unfortunately, Hilton has a lengthy track record of not fixing problems.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while in town for a family event. The check in process was very quick. I arrived a few hours before check in and was immediately offered a room and a bottle of water. The room was in very good shape with everything that I needed. The AC was pretty loud while on but that was fine. There was a very good variety for breakfast and the employee did a great job managing that area. The shuttle service is great. I was quickly picked up from the airport and driven back at my requested time. Overall, this was a great stay and a hotel that I would recommend and return to when I’m in the area.
