Econo Lodge Airport at RJ Stadium

From the get go my experience was rough. The front desk was rude and did not want to be there. At our first room, that’s right, first, our first key did not work. When the second one did, we thought everything was fine. That is until the door was dead bolted and we simply could not get in. Back to the front desk we went and ended up with a new room on the second floor, this is an important fact for later. The keys stopped working for this second room and after going back for a new one we were finally opening a door to a hotel room. The beds themselves seemed to be clean, with minimal marks on them, and the water pressure was great in the shower, but that’s where nice comments stop. The flooring was broken and missing pieces in many places, with stains and suspicious marks. The biggest issue was THE TOILET DIDN’T WORK. We ended up going to gas stations to use the restroom rather than try to work with the hotel workers. When heading up the stairs to our room one night, the lights did not work and it was unsettling. Did not feel safe in this location and slept with a chair under the door handle. I would not feel safe bringing my children here or staying here by myself. 0/10 would never stay again. Also still waiting for my security deposit. Definitely not worth $167/ night, or any amount of money when it comes to your safety. Do yourself a favor and never stay here or let any loved one stay here.

This is a very old, very dirty place. Between the mold and the roaches it was difficult to sleep. I only stayed because of an early morning flight. I would never recommend this place. Don’t let the 20 year old pictures fool you or the strange reviews, there is nothing okay about spending almost $200 to stay somewhere this nasty.

Avoid this place. filthy dirty room and grounds. Couldn't sleep all night. Parking lot very busy with people walking through it all night. No pool, told to use pool next door. CARPET IN ROOM BLOOD STAINED AND WET. Avoid this place. Worst hotel ever

I had a 2-day stay and I really didn't like it, they don't speak Spanish, it's a travelers' motel, the beds were ugly, and old, with a lot of use, that is, sinkholes in the center, the bathrooms not very clean and old, the place It's a little lonely, a little far from food places.

Please do not stay here, rooms awful, not expensive, left car for 5 nights and was still there after cruise. Billed twice for same room. Had to call head office for a refund and still didn't get it all back. This place is a 1 if 0 was possible I would give it a 0
