Comfort Inn Conference Center

This hotel is very nice. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast included a large selection of hot and cold items and was quite delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Certainly not a great place to stay but we tried to get fairly close to a metro station. We stayed here 4 nights. The room was clean but minimal. Mold in the shower. Rundown furniture. Very small flat screen tv. The mattress must be extremely old as it was not comfortable at all. And, when we checked out, the receipt indicated that we would not be able to earn any Choice points since we booked thru Bookings. This was not mentioned on our reservation or we would have stayed elsewhere

Good quiet and clean hotel. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived and found that our room had been recently smoked in. They quickly gave us a different room with no issues. The breakfast was good for hotel food with a decent selection of food items. Good location not too far from Annapolis and cheaper, too.

Everything was very good about this trip and stay. Easy location to access roads for travel, clean rooms, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, clean on the exterior as well. Will stay here again if needed. We had no issues at all during this stay.

Do not ever stay at this hotel!! The staff and management are beyond unprofessional. Alarmingly, my teen nephew found a pair of bloody underwear in a drawer, and when we then asked the front desk and management for another nicer room and/or a discount (which they should have been anxious to do considering what we saw and how unsanitary the condition of the room was) they offered nothing but to move to another room, which was just more of an inconvenience to us. When I told them this solution was not acceptable and I had no choice but to give them the awful review that they deserved, the management told me I was "threatening" them and I could leave the hotel. Unbelievably horrible experience - I have never ever seen such a disgusting thing and their lack of customer service is alarming. Also, they had notes on the door of the breakfast buffet stating that if anyone took food out of the restaurant, they were being videotaped and would be ejected from the hotel and will never be permitted to rent a room again. They treat you like an absolute criminal at this place. Stay away.
