As other reviewers have noted, this place is a disaster. When we got to our room there were insects flying around inside - fleas or something. Sticky substance on the dresser, stained towels. The bathroom had an overpowering smell of disinfectant - like they were trying to cover something up. I had made the reservation in May for FSU family weekend in September. It was very difficult to find anything that weekend, so we picked this. After being in this room for a few minutes we just could not do this. Fortunately (?) the FSU football team was doing so badly that additional hotels opened up, so we found a nice clean one up the street on the other side of the highway. We went in to cancel our stay; they said they would refund within 3-5 business days. When the credit card bill came, there was no refund. Attempted to contact the motel directly, but no answer and the mailbox was full. Opened a dispute with the credit card company. Wyndham, this is a terrible reflection on your company. You should disassociate yourself from this location. Almost all of the reviews are either a 1/5 or 5/5. Some of the 5/5's talk about the 'lovely sitting area' - it's a table and chair in the room. Who calls that a sitting area? The fact that multiple reviews say that indicate that those are just false reviews. Take the 1/5 reviews seriously.

Shocking experience. Filthy and dirty. Reception was just clueless.Very bad in all respects. It should not be operating as a hotel. The room was very dirty . Total demolition and rebuild. It should not be operating as a motel. The bathroom was extremely unpleasant.

I've gone to this location many times over the years and it breaks my heart to tell you to never go here. The first room was dirty, nothing was plugged in and the tables were supposed to have glass tops but they didn't. The second room was better but not by much. It was still dirty, the privacy lock didn't have a switch thing, and the AC was loud and didn't have a control panel. The water never got hot and there was dirt on the box spring mattresses. I requested a refund through booking.com but because I used a third party booking place, they refused. Please if you values your safety and sanity, don't go here.

Don't let the pictures of the rooms on the Wyndham website or app fool you. These rooms look nothing like that. The whole experience was horrible. We had 3 different rooms for various reasons. Two of the rooms were filthy. One room didn't have hot water. In another room there was no wifi service. Two of the rooms didn't have soap/shampoo and towels. Other issues included: a clogged toilet with rancid urine in it, dirty prior quest's socks left in one of the rooms, and an AC unit with no nobs or legible adjustment settings.
