A Very Expensive Lunch. Local Floridians and Prospective and Current Guests at the Westin....BEWARE OF THE VALET AT THE WESTIN....Yes, things happen....accidents happen....but in good faith, when a Hotel/ Employee take your vehicle in Valet, and charge you $16hr for the said service, should we not have any reasonable expectation that they will take care of your property and certainly not DAMAGE IT....only the third time driving my new LR. Defender....Valet had my car for 2.5 hours.....received it back with a 14 inch crack, destroying the windshield....ok....SO WHAT ? THEY DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY, yet blatant disregard and carelessness with my vehicle....THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU VALET AT THE WESTIN SARASOTA....people should do the right thing.....they said, they will see me in court....

The Westin Sarasota exceeded all my expectations! The rooftop bar and pool were absolutely stunning—the perfect place to unwind with breathtaking views of the city and water. The atmosphere was serene, and the sunset from the rooftop was unforgettable. Valeria truly went above and beyond with her customer service—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm personality made me feel genuinely welcome. The overall vibe of the hotel was modern, clean, and relaxing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Sarasota. Will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin. The hotel staff consistently provide excellent service, especially Marcia. And thank you to Ryan for speedy check in after long day of travel. Hotel location is great having so many downtown restaurants within walking distance walking distance.

This is the most beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff. Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Ajaye, Maria, and Marcia at the front desk were amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend the Spa, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, made even better by Nancy who helped make our appointment. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at, with clean, beautiful rooms, a gorgeous rooftop pool, delicious breakfast, and lovely staff.

Just want to thank Carlos from security at The Westin Sarasota. I left my jacket in the hotel room and did not realize until a day later. Carlos called me and made sure he delivered it to me the next day in the lobby. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Carlos
