Excellent place highly recommended great staff clean rooms everything works as should nice pool and even pool table and a best breakfast in a motel in my opinion very many options on what to eat tried to eat one of everything but couldn't do it to full great people

Horrible ! No pillow cases butn holes in comfort or! TV didn't work immediately told front desk said they would handle it never heard from them till today I went down and same woman I told called me a liar I didn't say nothing to her ! I'm usually easy going but we are staying cause my dad had emergency surgery and I need him relaxed! That is sad ! Can't talk to the manager ! But I see them checking family and friends in I sit and watch ! That's where there priorities aren't! Also bathroom not clean burns everywhere ! TV didn't work hole time ! Yall should be shut down! Treating us like we homeless Talking down on me I'm not.puttinh up with it ! I'm not racist ! I have mixed kids ! But these people have made sure to accommodate there folks !! Seen it with my own eyes so I believe they are racist by hearing comments . And the African American housekeeper was so rude to me about unlocking room I checked out of to get my firestick so I just lost that to intimated to say anything at all

I stayed here for one night after Memorial Day festivities. The clerks for check in and check out were friendly, had no issues there. I did have to wait about 10 - 20 minutes to check in because I had made the reservation on the way to the hotel. So keep that in mind that it takes time for the reservation to show up in their system. I ended up getting a smoker's room because it was cheaper and I was with two smokers/vapers. The room was pretty bad. The cover of an A/C unit was tucked under the office desk. (The one that was in the room had its cover.) The small fridge was rusted. There were cigarette burns in the tub of the shower. The bedding was torn/stained in some places. I didn't notice any issues with other tenants or the housekeeping/custodians at the hotel. The hotel isn't disability friendly if you end up on the second floor. They have no elevators - only an outdoor staircase.

Paid for a week and only stayed 2 days. The first room they put us in none of the lights worked. Took several hours to move us to another room. The AC stopped working the next morning. Was told by the lady at the front she don't work on acs and she was not on the clock. Decided to just leave and get another room, was told we could get a refund for the days we did not stay. Then the lady proceeded to cause a scene, yelling at us, telling us we were broke and upset about our refund and called the police. We never received our refund and the police did nothing.

It smelled terrible in there, our sheets and pillows had black stains all in them, there was a light fixture and it was all broken and falling apart, the shower was nasty. Just. It a good experience at all, couldn’t even sleep had to take a pill. Probably one of those hotels that people hookup at or something. The people in the front desk were really nice though, super friendly. And at least the air conditioning worked
