The hot tub was filled in with concrete, and the pool was not heated as advertised. There was no place to get ice unless you paid for it. Thank god they had a sister hotel down the road which had a hot tub and heated pool which was nice. The room was nice, beds were comfortable.

5 stars because of the location. Views and accessibility to the beach cannot be beat. We ran into a bit of an issue with folks below us smoking on their patio. After we asked them to stop, unsuccessfully, we alerted the team working the desk and they were quick to address the situation. I wish we could have had housekeeping at some point during our 6 night stay, but the request was not fulfilled. Not an issue enough to downgrade from 5 stars though.

Tanya was the best everrrrr..... she is a gem don't let her leave ya'll. Everything is always great when I stay here. The room was awesome the cookies were fabulous and the view was remarkable. Thank you sugar sands save me a room for next year.

It was ok. I didnât get the room i booked and was told the pictures on the website sometimes get âswitched aroundâ so they told me it was basically my fault and the room i got was the one i booked , which was so incorrect, and i did not get compensated for the mix up. Otherwise the trip went smooth and the room was clean. Id recommend making sure they give you the room you booked and make sure the pictures on the website donât get âswitched aroundâ to where you pay more for less.

Great price, great view, very accommodating, rooms were clean and loved having the full kitchen available for family. We came in a day early and needed a last minute room and it was great to stay here. This was our first experience in Panama City. We will be back!
