Grand Panama Beach Resort is a brand new resort located in Panama City Beach, Florida. Grand Panama features a variety of accommodations looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico. No pets are allowed. Singles UNDER 25 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO REGISTER AND STAY. All units are non-smoking. Office hours are 8am-8pm in season. .Minimum age required at check-in is 25 There is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of USD 40.00 that covers up to USD 2,000.00 of accidental damages to the unit or its contents. There is a cleaning fee collected at check-in, 1 Bedroom is USD 120.00, 2 Bedroom is USD 135.00, 3 Bedroom is USD 150.00. .Check Out Procedures: .Please remove ALL trash and dispose of in trash chutes located by the elevators on each floor. .Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. .Please strip all linens off the beds. .Please place all dirty towels in the master bathtub. .Please Drop off your keys at the Front Desk! .Please make sure that all of the above requests are completed to avoid additional cleaning charges.
