I stayed at the hotel for three days and can highly recommend it. I was completely overwhelmed by the dedication and kindness of the hotel staff member, Rena. She first gave me an upgrade because my original room couldn’t be locked, and I am a solo female traveler. The new room didn’t have WiFi reception, but she did everything to get me a room with WiFi, and I was very satisfied. She also helped me with my car and was incredibly sweet, friendly, and entertaining! Just because of her, I would come back again and again. She is a truly special woman! Thank you, Rena! Additionally, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped, there was free ice, and I could use the microwave and refrigerators. The pool was great, and the ocean was right across the street. I have absolutely no complaints, except that it was Bike Week, and the motorcycles were incredibly loud, but the hotel can’t be held responsible for that.

This is not a hotel this is a hot mess. The sweaty lady who runs this establishment is pure trash. She is rude and a liar. We get to this hotel about 6 check was at like 3 room wasn't ready. They had to go find a room. It states on the booking site free wifi. If your on vacation wifi is a must. Or at least have cable. Nope the lie was the wifi sometimes doesn't work in one side of the hotel. We were put in a room supposedly they were booked up I walked by at least 12 unkempt rooms. Or room was changed to the side of the hotel "with wifi" this was now a queen suite. These two rooms were not our original room. The lady asked us to leave the next morning because we asked for a refund. We paid in full and wanted to see the refund reflect before we left. Refund screenshot was asked to be taken from our phone. Not a printed receipt . She kept confusing my bf for the staff member. Needless to sat never got a refund. On the last night she sends a. Missing tooth security guard after midnight to kick us out. Still no refund. He threatened to call the police. We went back to sleep.around 3. Also a man and his family were at the pool playing with a cap gun that had a large orange cap on the end it was gold. She came out lied and said she was called the police on him because some called complaint. My bf was discussing the refund at the front desk while I was by the pool no one called her or asked her to speak to him. This hotel is renovated but if you want your money's worth. Get a corporate hotel. We were stuck in the room on a rainy day sitting outside our door. NO WIFI. NO REFUND.

The place was not that bad, I enjoyed my time there. no complaints. J Jazz was cool. a real sweetheart she is. I had a pina colada that was good. I will probably stay again. I had no issues that were listed in the reviews. I guess people need to learn to be thankful.

This is the Worst Hotel in Panama City Beach PLEASE don’t stay here it has Roaches 🪳 in the fridge stained toilet and tub Bed Bugs dirty sheets on the beds with black stains Mildew in Rooms with a very BAD odor and the Pool was so black and Nasty this place is so awful it should be against the Law for Animals to stay here the health department of Florida should investigate whether this Hotel can operate a hotel business.

We paid over $200 to stay one night, plus they hold $200 on a card. Every single person checking in tonight is sitting in the lobby without rooms. We drove 18 hours to this destination in hopes of having a place to sleep before our next leg of the drive. Instead, we are sitting in grandmas Stoner chairs from the 1960s watching sex and murder on tv because that’s what they have on in the lobby.
