Hotel is in a nice location and was well kept. My true rating is a 4.5 only because the early check-in rate in Orlando is a bit excessive in my opinion. Typically I would just go and busy myself until check in time but unfortunately I was under the weather, so I took an early check-in. An extra 3 hours cost $84 ($75 + fees/taxes). This is on par with other hotels in the area but it is still a bit of a let down. Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. I had some food from the bar/restaurant and it was decent. I only stayed one night so I can't speak to the housekeeping. Free breakfast was tasty. Not sure if it was a me problem but the only thing that resembled an ice bucket seemed to be fixed to the counter. Kinda weird. They did include a bag but trying to get ice in the bag while having to hold it open and press the button on the ice machine is very tricky.

This is a clean beautiful hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. The pool and outside seating area were both enjoyable. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Plenty to do in the area (walkable shops and restaurants) as well. We will definitely return when in the area.

Very nice hotel and staff. We stayed 1 night while waiting to leave for our cruise the next day. We ended up eating in the food court at the extra fancy mall next door. Room slept all 5 of us and we had a great breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Went there mid December 2024, the room was perfect. Location also is nice, near a shopping mall and Universal. The highlight is the staff, so kind and helpful. An agent lend me is phone to call because I did not have a US phone and my room phone was not working. They all greet guests with a smile, the breakfast staff also. I dont remember his name he was there every morning and sneak nutella spread to my daughter each morning and was always smiling and guiding guests in the breakfast area. The lake in front has a nice path you can enjoy and beautiful sunset views.
