Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd. a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Can’t tell you how much I enjoy staying at Landy, The atmosphere and rooms always are above expectations. The hospitality is outstanding as well especially Luis. Thank you for a pleasant stay as always. Look forward to our next stay. Till next time

My early morning flight brought me to the hotel at 8 AM. I paid $35 for an early check-in, which I understood and accepted. However, my experience took a turn for the worse that evening. While I was at dinner, my room was switched due to construction in my hallway. Unfortunately, I was not notified about this change. When I returned late at night, my key card did not work. After a long day, I had to go back to the front desk to find out that my room had been changed. To make matters worse, I had to request the reactivation of my old room key just to repack my belongings and move to the new room. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since it was late and I was exhausted. Given that my contact information was on file and I am a Marriott BonVoy account holder, I expected better communication. Due to this experience, I would not recommend Hotel Landy to a friend or business associate, nor do I plan to stay there again. There are plenty of other options nearby to consider.

Really lovely place to host company functions. The room was spacious and chic. The pool area was really nice to socialize around and well kept. The hotel also hosted our team building activity which was so fun and greatly presented and organized. Luis checked us in and he was fantastic and made this place feel like home. Definitely will come back again!
