Neat hotel near universal and Island of adventure. Quiet rooms, clean and comfortable. Great service from all the staff, but specially from Terenice at the buffet. Very recommended to stay here if you're visiting Orlando area and surroundings.

Mauricio was amazing! Such a kind, generous person and did everything he could to make sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. As soon as we came in, he made sure we were taken care of and even offered us complementary drink. I 10/10 recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel and service is great specially Mrs Ysidra that was absolutely amazing this morning serving my breakfast Kudos for her 10 points for sure The location is also good because you get lots of places for food, drinks, fun, etc. on walk distance

Very nice hotel. The check in process was very swift. Mauricio at the front desk was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was mini buffet style I love that they offered turkey sausage because I don’t eat pork. They also have a pretty cool bar and lounge area
