Tasj was so understanding and hospitable when I requested a last minute cancellation without penalty. She was so sympathetic when I explained that my grandma accidently forgot her insulin for the evening, which was concerning and so we decided it was best to drive back home after the concert to be on the safe side.

I thought a DoubleTree would be nicer. The room was beat up, kind of dirty and smelled musty. The sink and tub drains were clogged, and there was long, black hair all over the bathroom. I certainly expected a higher standard for DoubleTree. Fine for just one night, but I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

For the price and this being a Doubletree, this was not it. Left leftovers on the dresser while I took a shower came back. There was a roach in it. The thermostat in the room didnā€™t turn on. The information provided at the desk regarding the room keys and self Park, etc. was not communicated clearly. The location and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. I wish I liked it more.

The hotel provides the basic standard needs for staying for a quick trip to Orlando. Requested a wheelchair accessible room for our stay. The bed accommodations provided us with what we needed. However, they did not have any wheelchair accessible bathrooms available with the rooms. They have parking on the property, which is helpful with two options between valet or self paying. There is also a restaurant in the hotel which is good to have for late food if you're not able to leave or don't want to leave the hotel.

BED BUGS!! The rooms are running alive with bed bugsā€¦ they were running all over our bed, I complain to the manager Megan, she moved us to another room, which was had cockroaches running around. I immediately asked for a refund and left. Itā€™s made me feel filthy.
