Crowne Plaza Orlando Lake Buena Vista an IHG Hotel

Fortunately me and my wife stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel on two separate occasions while we were in Orlando for our (African American Leadership Conference). The hospitality of the staff was very respectful, and professional. The Hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was fresh, the food was hot, and tasty as well. I would like to give special thanks to a few of the staff members for personally making my stay here memorable. I give special honor to Nicole, Ariana, Ed, Austin, as well as the manager for being very understanding, and for putting the customer first. Next time I visit Orlando Florida I will be staying at this location again. Thank you for making my stay a great one.

This location has excellent appointed rooms, a great pool and a great restaurant if you do not feel like going out, with a great full service and full liquor bar, that Heber runs very well, great breakfast buffet and dinner options at the restaurant, fantastic front desk staff, that include Anna and Peter, that could not be more excellent providing great customer service, and then during our trip Donna and Bruno were especially fantastic to us, so accommodating and so courteous, we just had a great experience at this hotel, great pool, just a great time. And the fact that all the great restaurants around it and it's proximity to Disney springs, it is just a great place to stay.

After a long day, I stopped by the front desk to request some ice and to bring up an issue with the ice machine. Unfortunately, Ana, who was working at the front desk, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concern, she abruptly left the desk in the middle of our conversation. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a hospitality environment where professionalism and courtesy should be a priority. I recommend that serious attention be given to hiring staff who truly understand the meaning of customer service. Thankfully, another staff member (whose name I did not catch) stepped in, went to the kitchen, and kindly brought me ice. His professionalism was appreciated. However, Ana’s behavior left a very negative impression. In my opinion, she should not be representing your establishment if this is how she chooses to treat guests.

The hotel was beautiful the room.was great everything was great especially the front desk staff the front desk supervisor was very helpful angelo moncayo I would definitely go back there. Hotel was very clean and peaceful. Ant thing i needed i was accommodated with. Also the parking lot is very secure and the pool area is beautiful

I really appreciate Donna that work the night shift she was very concerned about my issues with my room & she truly made my stay AWESOME , Due to her professional attitude I will be returning, From Deitra Morman from room #408.. Donna truly deserve the ward of the month
