Everything about our place was excellent. It was truly a home away from home with everything we needed and all the space we could want. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with nice cool air conditioning and a full kitchen and living area. Immaculately clean and very attentive staff. The location is amazing with access to both the pool and the ocean just outside your door. New Smyrna Beach itself is also a great “small town” and has that feel. It also has all the amenities and restaurants you need close by. Would 100% stay here again.

We have come down for many years in a row and this piece of property to us is a slice of heaven on the ocean. We look forward to this time every year down here. When you can’t find a better staff to spoil you during your stay. We call it a little piece of paradise on the ocean.

This was the perfect place for my family and myself to stay. Right on the beach, nice swimming pool, clean accommodations and smooth check-in/check-out.

I booked this via Expedia. In my booking it said our condo was in the Ocean Sands Building which is the main building (we didn’t realise this until later). This building has the hot tub and much nicer pool. When we checked in we were told we would be in the sea villas section which was 11 blocks away from the main building!!! So I’ll admit the actual condo was actually nice. Very old fashioned but clean and had every thing you needed. Unfortunately our neighbour was sitting outside in his patio smoking the biggest smelliest cigars which I’ll admit put me off instantly as we couldn’t open our patio door due to the revolting smell. We then visited the pool area, well if you can call it a pool. It’s tiny! The whole area had already been taken over by 3 families who were all together. It was noisy and crammed with their kids. The pool couldn’t fit another kid in it. I’d come here to spend my last 3 days to relax and it was quite obvious this wouldn’t be happening. So we went back up to the Ocean Sands building and it was the complete opposite, quiet, no kids and a much bigger pool. However we couldn’t use this pool as our keys didn’t work snd it was impossible to walk as it was much too far (11 blocks away). So my husband went back into the reception area and asked the 2 ladies if we could move here as per our booking? He was met with hostility and 2 unhelpful ladies who basically couldn’t give a toss. Our booking was for 3 nights and we ended up staying just 1 then checked out. It’s a shame as it could’ve been such a lovely stay! We always stay in the West coast but due to the hurricane had to change. Please be aware the beaches are so different. The water is so dirty and not swimmable. It just wasn’t the same. The pictures online are extremely misleading. They only show the main pool area and the not the sea villas section.
