Yuck! Lobby looks like this place might be nice, but rooms are smelly, carpets dirty, bedding worn out and pay to park (even Gold status) No HH Gold status benefit at all other than 2 bottles of cheap water. Grounds are unkept, nothing at all appealing here, never again!

Excellent location. Beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Rooms were well laid out. Breakfast was good, could use some improvement. Staff was receptive especially during a short power outage one morning. Close to many space coast attractions.

We actually love the hotel and location and usually choose this area over the Wes Coast due to the cool little strip and much less traffic. The employees are always friendly and helpful but on our last trip I had a fall due to negligence of the Hotel. I fell in their breakfast area and sustained a head and back injury. My wife advised the women at the front desk of the issue and my fall. She stated she would have the General Manager contact us to see if we were ok? The General Manager Dan Jordan never spoke to my wife and never reached out to me as a Hilton Honors member for decades! A few days later I got a call from someone I thought was from Hilton or Hampton but it was a legal shark making sure I wasn't going to sue! Never asked how I was just what was I going to do, did I go to ER, was I going to sue ect... At that point I was furious! Hilton Honors has always been an excellent program but this situation was all corporate greed and CYA went straight to lawyers knowing they were in the wrong and staying away from any communication with me! I was blown away. I only wanted them to fix their issue so no one else got hurt. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with The GM for the route he took then lieing on my wife's post about speaking to her which NEVER happened.

Very poor we had an incident in the dining breakfast room and the manager never contacted us and was told he was on property that day. He never has called nor checked on my husband . Such poor customer service that I will never return to this establishment. This has changed our entire life and they could care less . Not even willing to step away from the desk to help us . Beware of these type of people.

We decided to experience the Atlantic side of Florida. New Smyrna beach did not disappoint..a hidden gem. Hampton inn is is a great location. Not on the beach, so nice and quiet. Lots of parking available but a 22 dollar charge for paying guests is not welcome. Rooms only have a small window so can appear a little dark inside. Our room was quite large. We loved sitting on the porch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is complimentary which is a nice touch. However, the food on offer is limited..a grab and go! As mentioned earlier, great location… restaurants, bars and shops all nearby... Old style Florida is alive and well..! Recommended.
