Our room was HUGE! I'm not sure if all are like that, but ours was. It was very clean with so much space to walk around. It had a mini fridge and microwave and even a full size couch (with a trundle bed underneath no less)! The bathroom was large as well. Our room was very quiet. The cookies in the evening were a wonderful, nice touch. One night they even had cartons of milk to go with it! My only complaint was that something was very perfumy in the lobby. It made it difficult to stay there for very long because I didn't want my clothes smelling like that. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would do so again!

My wife and I just stayed 11 days here. As a proud member of Marriott for many years, I can honestly say that this is the hotel with the poorest operation we’ve seen it. Almost two weeks with no smiles, with the exception of the housekeeping people like Mayra and Martha. Also, Sury and Marcos as bartender. All the rest, specifically the front desk Guillermo and Gabriela, they need either a deep training or sending them to do something else. As a businessman myself, I can suggest to replace the manager for someone who really care about the hotel. It’s sad to see a hotel representing a great corporation like Marriott in such a bad shape. By the way, they’re under remodeling and the website doesn’t mention it. So we have to wake up early every day because of the annoying noises. This was our second time here and certainly the last one.

The entire experience was excellent. Easily accessible property. Front entrance, lobby area, gym, room all clean and quiet. Beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Parking on property was easily accessible and convenient.

Not recommended for families - we are a family of 5 with a toddler and baby. When we arrived our room was not ready, which was expected as we were early so we went out to the nearby mall. When we arrived later that evening, we only had 3 sets of towels and no sheets for the couch/trundle bed despite pre-requesting. The worst part was the crib/pack & play provided - it STUNK of urine. The entire room smelled like urine. How someone could bring that into a room and set it up and think that was acceptable is beyond me. We eventually got a replacement, but mind you it was already late and the kids were tired. But the damage was done and the entire room smelled musty and like urine the entire night. Following up with management, they didn't care to make it right or compensate us in any fashion. Would not recommend this hotel, especially not for families with children.

I was tasked with Hurricane duty. All Springhill staff was amazing and helpful during my extended stay. Great location and service was spot on. Shoutout to the overnight front desk as my schedule was always changing. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot the last night and departed early the next day. Deniselle (sp?) 3rd shift member secured it and alerted me to the find. I Will choose this property next time I'm in Doral/airport area.
