Best Western Plus Miami Doral Dolphin Mall

When I booked this hotel , I expected a good hotel with good facilities, it’s a best western plus, I just stayed in a best western in rome, not a plus, it was fantastic in Rome Italy . As an international traveler the most important thing to me is safety and security, so when I arrived at the hotel and they told me they do not have safe deposit boxes in the rooms or at the reception, this was a big Red No for me. The staff at the front desk were not helpful, not because of the safe deposit boxes but because they were so unhelpful, they would not even help me make a phone call to find another hotel. The staff were the most inexperienced , unprofessional team I have seen in a hotel. No one mature to deal with different problems, they don’t look outside the box, no one professional. Looking at the other reviews, how does best western give this hotel a plus, it does not even meet the standard of an ordinary Best Western Hotel, its a laugh, the hotel should definitely be downgraded, as another hotel chain described this hotel as a limited service hotel, certainly not a Best Western Plus hotel, an embarrassment

hotel key machine is not working very well, every time we left the room, we have to go back to the front desk to redo our key, only one elevator, think how inconvenient if you are living in a higher floor, I saw other guest(s) also have this problem too. Hot breakfast

Perfect location if you're visiting Miami or just need a night close to the Miami airport. The staff is outstanding. Breakfast is very good. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I'll definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Far under Bedt Western Plus level in my opinion Breakfast was a mess products unavailable for long minutes Not enough space and team was just waiting instead of acting disappointing attitude In addition pool was out of order 3 days in a raw without explanation
