This hotel treated me so terribly, never even stayed there. I made two reservations for the same time span - one was refundable, one was not. I called the front desk to cancel the refundable one and instead, the non refundable one was cancelled. They then refuse to reverse it and said they were keeping my $450. I asked to speak with a manager, was told by Maria at the desk they would refund me 50%, and then no one ever responded to me or called me back despite repeated messages left. Will be reporting these fraud charges to my bank and caution anyone booking to not trust the staff.

Perfect hotel about 25 minutes from the Miami Airport for a overnight stay. The XYZ bar has happy hour and food til about 10pm and there is a steakhouse on the property that has good food and vibez. Friday night you might get to enjoy karaoke and a live band. Make reservations for dinner at the steakhouse as non-hotel guests frequent it for Happy hour and karaoke. Staff members worth mentioning-Martin at check-in was nice, and Melissa at XYZ was super friendly and made sure I had whatever I needed and even had a flatbread pizza made for me. .. what other day come away because clean

The beds were comfy, the hotel was clean & the rooms were really clean. Which is always a great representation of a hotel. A little noise from the karaoke bar on Friday nights. The pool was also clean. Not sure if it was heated it was a little cool. Had to request breakfast coupon even though we pre paid for it. Wasn't automatically given at check in.

The concierge service is terrible. Breakfast is not Buffet - as said on the hotel.com website - And they stole an Amazon order worth 138 usd - saying it was not delivered, but they do not show the camera images. When I left the hotel, there was no one in the hotel lobby and several Amazon packages were left on the floor. That's why my package was stolen!
