We had seen it as a 4 star hotel . Its not a hotel. Its a restaurant with rooms upstairs. We arrived at the start of dinner service. It was a bit hectic. There is no reception just a counter at the side of the restaurant. The room was dirty . The dressing gowns had black mold on them. The only upside is a good lication and a good room size which made me give it a 2 star instead of 1. Take my advice go somewhere else . No breakfast no room service. Just nothing other than a room and a counter. The eight feet wide pool on the roof was quite nice. But no chance of a drink there

Situated in a quiet section of Ocean Drive the hotel is clean large rooms and bathrooms and quiet. There is a restaurant downstairs . Parking is a bit complicated you have to leave your car for a valet to take costing $35 a night. Good value for the price.

We booked a room at the Prime Hotel for a week and was very happy with our stay. The room was luxurious, a refrigerator and microwave included, and close to a lot of great restaurants. The pool area was very beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The staff was very attentive and made us feel no request was too small for them to handle. Kwame and Janette were two of the staff who worked the front desk and were really great.

Great location, no lobby, no real reception except for the restaurant cashier desk, the elevator to the room is behind the bar not in a very clean place. The room was large with a great terrace, safe did not work and the dimmers did not work…the towels were small …. I forgot, no room service or breakfast, zero service was more like it. The whole hotel is terrible and It’s a shame because the location was great.
