This place is awful...I went on Expedia and got a cheap deal, and when I went to check in the owner asked for more money, he was not giving me the room for what Expedia charge me. We did not stay here so He said he would refund me my money back, and has yet to do so. Expedia has called him and I have called several times and no one EVER ANSWERES The PHONE!!!!!! The new owner is very rude.

The manager is very rude. First thing she tells you is if you don't have the exact change (to the penny), she has no change so she rounds the cost up and keeps the difference. Campground is falling apart, little or no maintenance. Rotting wood gazebos, no paint in years. Broken picnic tables. The shower stalls have little light and handles are set very high. Not friendly for shorter people, ADA or children. The bath/shower rooms were acceptable. No light hard to tell how clean. Wifi is good. No cable. Regular tv reception is very good.

Overall staying here for less than two weeks it was able to provide hot and cold water as well as AC and electricity for our electronics. The room was well dated and had a comfortable bedding although there were some issues such as holes in the ceiling ,holes in the bed board, the restrooms were outdated were the tub looked as if it has not been washed as well as the handles for the tub were falling off and became unscrewed on their own. Over looking those issues it's a good room ,however a good room can be meaningless if the employees are awful. The day after we arrived the manager banged on our door at 10 in the morning and demanded for us to get out of the room because the exterminator was coming. Although we did as we were told to not start an argument we later confronted her while asking for a do not disturb sign and she specifically said "I do not have to tell you s****" when we had asked why she didn't let us know about the exterminator. She (later in the week )decided to knock on our door at 3 in the morning for no apparent reason and a couple of days later DEMANDED to enter the room to clean the sheets (Even with the disturb sign) and gathered our sheets while insulting us with the words that even the website will not allow. This kind of behavior is disgusting and will cause a paying customer like myself to never ever return to this hotel. We are not looking for an apology but to have others realize the kind of behavior this hotel has to offer and if you ask me, this type of behavior and customer service is not fit to run a hotel.

Positives: -quiet -clean -microwave works well -good pillows Negatives: -beds are rock hard -faucet barely worked - hard to turn on & nearly impossible to turn off -wifi may be free, but it didn't work -cell phones don't work in rooms because of the metal roof -chairs are too high for the table; have to sit sidesaddle to use the table
