It was super later when we got here bc my flight was delayed several hours so unfortunately we only got to stay long enough to sleep a few hours then it was time for checkout. We got the jacuzzi suite, 209, I believe. The room was huge! More than enough space. There was a living room/kitchen/dining in the first room then you walk through the bathroom into the bedroom. We had a beautiful fireplace in the bedroom along with a jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately the jets would not work so it was just an oversized bathtub & we were too exhausted to request to change rooms. There was also a shower/tub in the bathroom for if you wanted privacy or to take a shower. The bed & pillows were sooo soft & comfortable! we had a tv in each room, although we never turned either of them on. A full size couch was in the living room area, dining table & chairs, ironing board, large chest of drawers & plenty of kitchen cabinets. The room/bathroom was very clean especially the bathtubs. It was quiet while we were there, we didn’t hear doors slamming or anyone up & down the halls all bight. I love the lobby! It’s so welcoming & unique! Also, there is the cutest little green apple tree in the front with a bench sitting under it & the prettiest flower beds. We were very happy with our stay aside from the jacuzzi tub not working right now but everything else made up for it. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely come here before anywhere to get a room.

Very accommodating! Had a problem with the air conditioning and Michael quickly showed up at our room (early a.m.) and repaired it in less than 10 minutes. Most appreciative with his response and smile. Thank You so MUCH. Our stay was very enjoyable! Thank You Faye and Michael!

i made it like 2 am on a Friday night. She let us check-in. Room was amazing! It even had a hot tube. When my kids got loud, she took time to personally knock and ensure that my family and i was ok. That made my family feel so safe, like we were neighbors/ family not just some tourist/customers.

The lady at the front desk was nice. Got to the hotel and found out that the pool and hot tub area was closed permanently. The website is not up to date and that was the reason we choose the hotel on the first place. Got to the room and the whirlpool bath was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Asked for a refund or even a voucher to the chain of hotels and that was denied. The breakfast was cold and not much to choose from.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Poorly ran, not clean, actually gross. NO POOL false advertised! Had to go to great lengths to get managements info, turns out they are privately owned by someone who does not care! For others who are unable to contact management the email address is americanhotel008@gmail.com. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
