Grossly overpriced. Roaches. Tv doesn’t work. Outlets don’t work in kitchen. Cabinets falling apart. The dresser looks like something found on the street. Toilet seat is missing a plastic piece so it sits lopsided. No cups to even take medicine. Charged $8 to park in public parking lot. Just gross. Staff will lie and ignore request for bug spray. We booked this hotel to attend a concert for our wedding anniversary 4/6. This hotel caused me to cry and my husband to be mad.

Want to give a huge thank you to Dee and his associates behind the counter with him. He helped us switch our room with absolutely no hassle and the other lady that was also behind the counter was extremely understanding and kind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

If I could do negative 10 I would. We booked 4 rooms because website said pet friendly. We were evacuating from Tampa to Jacksonville due to Hurricane Milton. Got there at 1 am and front desk person turned us away because we had pets and they had no more pet friendly rooms. Another family with young kids and a dog was also turned away. So at 1am we had to find accommodations for 8 people and 2 dogs. And the front desk person was absolutely awful. Rude, condescending and walked away and would not talk with us. But still charged us 100 pet deposit while starting check in. Absolutely will make sure that noone goes through what we did. UNACCEPTABLE.

Very very clean and. no bugs or old cigarette smells..Jerome front desk.. above and beyond..lovely manners and truly cares about the guests. He personally made my stay better.... dew ofnthenither employess outsranding as well. Room attendants actually knock on ur door and ask if u need anyyhing. Truly appreciated

All the Staff, Customer service and (Team Lead Seteria Winggard) are outstanding the people who work at the front desk are very friendly and more than accommodating in a timely manner. They come to work ready to assist and improve. Thats all you can ask for. Thanks
