The front desk lady named Kim was awesome. She is always smiling and very helpful. I love staying here. And I really appreciate everything she does. I also love the happy hour drink special. I just wish that they would have more with the food like they used to. Other than that everything's great.

The atrium was beautiful. The food was good. The room NEEDS WORK. I could not believe I was in a suite where the bathroom had definite signs of mold (covered over with caulk). The room smelled at little stale when we first entered, and sofa was saggy. Such a disappointment after having just stayed at the Embassy Suites in Fayetteville NC. Please note it is okay to close down some rooms if they are not up to Embassy Suite standards.

Worst hotel ever and professional I had the reservation. I get there late and they told me they couldnât give me a room. They want me to pay for another room. The reason they gave me is because I was late and they told me they still have the room, but they shut down for the night even though I told him I was really really sick and I just got out of dialysis and I have driven with my wife three hours to get there I had to go next-door and get another room when I came down the next day I asked for my money back and they refuse

I was hesitant about this reservation after reading some of the negative reviews. We did not encounter any of the noted problems and had a nice stay. The property is older and is the traditional Embassy layout. Some things are dated, like the popcorn ceilings and walls, but we found everything clean and well maintained. Our room was ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, our first room had a malfunctioning AC. The engineer was busy so they moved us to the room next door, where everything worked well. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. There was some road noise and the water pressure was weak.....probably a "low flow" showerhead. There's a small fitness center that was fairly well equipped. The evening reception and breakfast were typical for Embassy. Breakfast was somewhat crowded. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would return.

This used to be a nice place to stay, but it has gone down hill. The crypts are dirty the common area floors are sticky, and the rooms are surface clean. The louvered closet door had a yearâs worth of dust at least. The breakfast is horrible, no milk available, and we were the first ones there, so they knew it before they opened. The cook tried three times to make an over medium egg and it never happened. They never have any berries or bananas, and the oatmeal and grits arenât salted during the cooking process so they are terrible. They do not keep it stocked as the breakfast hours continue, & with no clean-up during the breakfast hours it gets grossly nasty. Itâs time to look for a place that appreciates their customers and goes above and beyond with their customer service.
