Visited Pelican Isle 202 and had a wonderful relaxing time. Condo was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (kids loved having their own tv's with each bunk). Unit was fresh, clean and had an amazing view. Will definitely return to this condo!

Rented for week here thru VRBO and so far have been happy with accommodation as well as beach service. Connor has the chairs all set up and some people get there early like on a cruise ship to stake out the chairs. Unit was clean and ready when we got here. Check in was 4 but we got here at 2 and the unit was ready.

We have stayed at Pelican Isle several times and usually had a great vacation. This latest , however, it was not pleasant due to the loud maintenance noise associated with repairing the stucco, pressure washing and painting. Many machinery alarms and loud engines which could be heard inside the condominium and the outside deck, starting at 7 am and lasting until dark. Our rental company, Brooks and Shorey, did not represent an accurate picture of the situation prior to our arrival and offered no solution. Our unit was not completely cleaned, and lacked some needed linens (which were later provided)

We stayed at Pelican Isle a couple of times several years ago, and thought it was very nice. The condition is terrible now. Doors and windows are in bad shape. The fitness room is not in operation, even though it is advertised. Inside of elevators need renovating. We will not stay here again.
