I had a fantastic experience and a big thanks to Storme, who was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile, assisted me with my luggage efficiently, and even offered great local recommendations. The rooms and bedrooms are small and although they have been renovated you can still tell this is an older place. Although they are small the rooms are pretty comfortable. The beds are also very small but were comfortable as well. Despite their cleanliness and updated facelift, for the price we paid, the rooms were underwhelming and a bit disappointing. Additionally we booked an oceanfront room but got a parking lot view room without any notification or explanation from the check in staff. We didn't even know until we reached our room. The proximity to the beach (including a private bridge to cross the road) is a real benefit. The beach and pool both have first come first serve chairs and the beach in front of this Westin is very pretty. Despite having stayed at Marriott properties for 30+ years and being top status, our check in experience was very poor. Hopefully the person checking us in was just having a bad day and doesn't treat everyone as poorly. She provided no help with things like when and where breakfast would be as an example - basic check in procedure in my opinion. The rest of the staff were very friendly and were happy to provide additional services like free sunscreen and a selection of beach toys for the kids. For the price the location is amazing but the rooms and sometimes outdated feeling of the hotel make it a pass for me next time.

All the staff are helpful and cheerful. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Two people who stand out in my mind are Gina and Billy the pool attendants. Very helpful and cheerful under sometimes trying times. They are fine representatives of your hotel. Gilbert Epstein

Amazing service! Johnny, Max & Yaz were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The atmosphere is wonderfully family-friendly, and they are incredibly accommodating to everyone's needs. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience!

There’s a lovely lady who works at Lavazza Café, she’s always so kind and sweet. I find myself coming back just to see her! She gives such warm, thoughtful service to everyone that it fills the whole cafe with joy and optimism. Truly a sweet joy! Highly suggest!
