DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral FL

Horrible experience. Missed a flight and I contacted them ahead of time to notify of this fact and they still refused to take off the night when I wasn’t even there. I will avoid Hilton at all costs based on this experience and I used to like staying with Hilton but I honestly prefer boutique non-chain hotels specifically because even though more expensive, they don’t screw you over if flights are canceled.

I travel for work and stay in many hotels, but this Doubletree is the one I always come back to. It’s my go-to in the Doral area for one reason: the people. From my very first visit, I felt seen, welcomed, and genuinely valued — and that hasn’t changed, no matter how many times I return. The front desk team consistently deliver above-and-beyond service with warmth, professionalism, and personality. Manuela, Sophie, George, Ialym. And a big shoutout to Steve, the shuttle driver, who is always friendly, reliable, and whoops Uber for convenience! Yes, the rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton-owned property — but what sets this hotel apart is the team. If you value great hospitality and personal touches, you’ll feel right at home here.

Beautiful room, clean a da very nice area. Good restaurants in the area. Manuela ensured the visit started off strong and Sebastian continued through the weekend. Great team of people here that seem to genuinely want your experience to be memorable.

Everything about the stay was pleasant. Big room, fluffy pillows, breakfast with varieties. Also, they have a friendly staff and good room service. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the hotel itself smells very good. I definitely recommend it!
