Great location l, across from public beach, close to Back Porch Seafood Grill! Across from The Track. For the second time, we were put in a handicapped room, when we did not need one, hope no one else needed it! Free breakfast and solid accomodations.

This Hampton inn Hotel is in a good location but is very worn out. The Carpet in the hallways looked horrendous. Gives a very bad first impression. Our bed was ok, but the room is in need of an update. The air/heater in room sounds like an airplane starting up.

A worn out old hotel but in a good location. Room was clean. Hallways need new carpet. Service was good though. Room was old but fine. Just a few steps to the beach. Laundry facilities and breakfast also. Beds were old and creaky, I could feel the springs.

Gross! After checking in at the front desk and arriving in our room we noticed it had not been cleaned. When we went to get our new room keys another couple was at the desk because they had also just checked in and were given a dirty room. Our new room didn't have any soap so we had to request some. The overall feel of the entire hotel (halls, rooms, etc.) is that it needs a deep clean and lots of updating. The beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well our entire vacation. The "heated" pool was also a let down because it wasn't remotely warm. My kids, which typically enjoy swimming in any temperature, were freezing. The lady at the front desk during the night shift was also exceptionally rude. Look for somewhere else to stay when visiting Destin.

Perfect hotel in Destin! Great service and offered complimentary cookies (if they're available). Room was comfortable and partial gulf view was legit; good chunk of gulf visible. Short walk to beach, which was stunning. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. Free parking.
