Hampton Inn & Suites Deland

I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and have had plenty of experiences with customer service (not all of them good), but I have to say the customer service during my stay here was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be using Hampton again. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and polite. I spoke to Payton who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made checking in feel not so transactional, but actually quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the rates were very affordable, there’s a variety of places to eat nearby and the waffles in the morning were fantastic, I just wish they did them all day

I had an amazing experience at The Hampton Inn. The breakfast was great and the staff was super attentive. We had an issue with our AC the first night and Aaron the night guy is awesome! He came up to try to fix our ac and ultimately ended up being accommodating and putting us up in a better room! Really made our issues feel heard. I appreciate all his help. Amenities were all clean and nice.

This Hampton Inn always has clean rooms and the staff is very helpful. It is conveniently located for where I need to go in DeLand. Shout out to Payton for her friendly personality and recommendations on where to eat and drink. Great breakfast also. I love the pink waffles!

This hotel is old and not in good condition my room was very small the restroom was a mess the shower was not working the check in was good and check out as well we don’t have breakfast there that mean I can’t say anything the location is perfect very close to downtown

Hampton Inn is an average hotel from Hilton chain ! No frills, clean room, good breakfast! The DeLand one deserved a special note, for the super Nice front door staff! All the girls were amazing! Great team, they really made difference in my short stay!
