Deerfield Beach Home with Patio Gas Grill and Patio

Nice clean rooms. Close to the beach. My room was medium sized. Not many shops/cafes that are walkable. However, a short drive should take you to them I recommend this for folks who look for clean, comfortable rooms (no frills) with friendly staff.

The room we got exceeded my expectations. It was a really nice size, with a closet area, full kitchen, nicely outfitted bathroom and air conditioned. The entire place was clean and well maintained. The only 'issue' we had was that three of the four burners on the stove were not working and when the issue was reported to Debbie she offered to have it remedied immediately. Parking can be a bit of a challenge later in the evening. Ocean Villas is one block from the beach and made for a lovely evening stroll. We'll return whenever we're in Deerfield.

Debbie The manager was extremely welcoming and so sweet and gave us some amazing recommendations. Joseph, the maintenance man does such a wonderful job up keeping the property everything is so clean and nice. The maids are amazing the rooms are so clean and they always have fresh towels ready once you put your used ones outside on the chair. They are all a great team. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning. I stayed in the deluxe king studio I was extremely happy with the place. Up to Date big flat screen tv, Big king bed, stand up shower with two shower heads, full kitchen with everything you would need. Ooh and a huge closet.

Stayed here in June with my best friend and my sister . We had one of the deluxe apartments . We had the end unit ,upstairs . The hotel is older but super cute and nicely updated . we loved the little apartment. It hd a living room with tons of windows , a sofa bed , one recliner ,coffee table ,end table and t.v. , then ,a little kitchen ,with full size fridge , small stove , microwave and toaster . I believe it had a little ,dish soap ,a couple trash bags and a sponge and dish towel . ( bring your own paper towels ) Had basic dishes ,pots and pans ,etc.. Then the bathroom, nicely remodeled with drawers , a lit mirror ,full sized shower . our unit had one bedroom , with a huge closet . The bedroom had a king bed with nice quilt set and decent sheets and pillows . The bedroom has a small dresser , a small desk , two night stands and 2 lamps . in the closet there are more drawers and shelves , and a few hangers . The closet is huge and can easily hide away all your suit cases and stuff . There is a parking lot downstairs always had plenty of spots during our stay . the pool is right down stairs . sadly ,we were too busy and didn’t get to spend much time in the pool ,but it was nice with seats around it and the office will give you separate pool towels . The beach is across the street and maybe a hundred foot walk . We spent more time at the beach . I read that the hotel has beach chairs ect… you can borrow . we did not experience them because we had our own . The office is only open during the day . Debbie , the manager is there nearly every day . She runs a tight ship and likes to keep the place nice We appreciated that . she also had to help us find the very well hidden laundry room . It was in the back . it was also free , I had brought my own laundry soap and am not sure if they had any there. There are also a couple grills and a pick nick table back behind the hotel and a shelf full of books on the way back there . The grocery store was a short drive away and I imagine if you enjoy walking ,there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. we recommend going on the snorkeling trip with Dixie Divers while you’re in town . it was awesome ! Would definitely stay here again and hope to return next summer !

This is second time we are staying at this beautiful place. We are coming from Spain and definitely one of the best places to be. It’s really convenient to create your own atmosphere, the rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen are top notch, plenty of amenities and details. Free parking at the same place, beach towels,… Thanks for keeping this at it is.
