This has to be the worst hotel ever! The service is rude and always blaming the customer for their lack of service and disrepair. They offer guest emergency kits and they did not want to bother to provide said advertised materials with rudness. The hotel is not even a 1 star and it is advertised falsely like a 3.5 star hotel. It dirty and musty. They keep the AC off when not rented. They are cheap giving a really bad smell of the rooms for ashtmatic person like me. THe toilets did not work and key keeps breaking down. For their advertised 3.5 star is totally false deceptive and fradulent practice.

Don't go by pictures or by Expedia. The room had a terrible odor and the carpeting was horrendous. Gave us the creeps the minute we stepped inside. Not in a real desirable location either. No, we won't be going back. Proves the adage, "You get what you pay for."

While I really try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, this hotel was awful. The "hot" breakfast had stale cereal, plain white bread (one day had a few bagels), thawed donuts and sour orange juice. We had to walk to the desk to ask for towels, get more toilet paper and tissues. The room was "cleaned" every other day and I’m pretty sure wasn't vacuumed. No working ice machine. Pool was filthy with no working shower and ripped chair cushions. (Although it said you had to shower to enter the pool!). I came last minute and they charged me an extra $10/nt -for what?! Total rip-off! I have gotten a lackluster response from Choice Hotels with the standard “we are sorry to hear” response. Have offered measly points so that I can stay again?! No thank you!!! Very disappointing. There are PLENTY of other places to stay than here!!!!

DISGUSTING. Where do i begin? First the hotel is refusing to issue ANY kind of refund so lets start there. They have zero concern for the health and well being of their guests during a global health pandemic. 1. closet broken- staff fixed 2. opened the desk drawer and found Ms. J Yang of Kissimmee Fl personal belongings- including bills, IRS paperwork, an old cell phone among other things. Took that to the front desk. 3. came back from dinner at 10:30 and the sink was leaking on the carpet so we put the ice bucket under 4. I jumped in bed as i was exhausted and felt "bits" my partner pulled the sheets back and there was a USED dental pick in the bed along with someone else's HAIR and BITS (you know Covid is transmissible correct??) 5. while he was getting the front desk attendant to come up AGAIN I found all kinds of personal items under the bed 6. we were moved to Room #2 where i promptly took a scalding hot shower. This room had a clogged toilet, food on the carpet and dirty filth everywhere. 7. the front desk has NO ONE after 11 pm and as it was now 11:30 we just sucked it up and crashed. We literally had NO CHOICE but to stay here. By the way, we were in town for a DOUBLE funeral for family members due to covid. This website says that they clean and sanitize...don't believe a word they say. We also made the mistake of booking with Hotels.com who wont back us up as customers because we were forced to stay- they will just give us a coupon for future stays!!! We are escalating this with the county health department, the BBB and the Fla secretary of state.

I booked this hotel as it was close to Lake Louisa where I planned to visit. I was on a budget and this hotel came in at $56 and had a 3.5 star rating so I thought what the heck, it includes breakfast and has a pool. When I got to my room I was definitely let down and would have immediately checked out and found something dcent but the refund policy was, NO REFUND. Figures!! The room was filthy!! Stains on the carpets, stains so bad on the desk chair that i covered it with a towel in order to sit on it. Obvious splatter of some sort on the bathroom walls and door (I took a wet towel and it came right off so why didn't housekeeping try the same). Bottom line, this hotel is exactly what you think of when you say fleabag. Yuck. I finished up my work in the area early and decided I'd rather drive late into the night rather than spend another night there. Tried to get refunded but that was a big "No Way". I mentioned as I was checking out that alittle upholstery cleaner would help out alot but it didn't seem to matter. Even asked if there was a possibility for some sort of future credit in the chain, "Uh uh". Will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Their standards are pathetic and it shows. Back to Hampton Inns for me. Love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
