We vacationed with 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 21 and there was something for everyone: beach, pool, hot tub, lazy river, big water slide, mini golf, shuffleboard, pickleball. Great vacation destination and we got to see 2 rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center.

Booked a POOL VIEW room (on Booking.com). Hotel did not honor and put us in a room with a parking lot view :) Asked to change rooms and the told us none were available. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED Make sure you choose breakfast rate because breakfast is not included unless you pay for in advance. Rooms are nice.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for the past 16 years every spring break and we love it here. The rooms here are nice and clean. Only issue that has been prominent some years are plumbing issues - especially things draining SO slowly but it is manageable. The main building (building 1) has such a fun pool and that is the same reason we keep coming back. The bar is nice , but almost always busy. The drinks are yummy and the food is just okay. This year we stayed at the signature building (building 2) and the rooms were very nice. Every year when we come there is almost always a rocket launch you can see from the pool or your hotel room. As well as the cruise ships deport from the canal right near this resort so it is super cool to see them. The only downside this year (2025) is that on the beachfront infront of the hotels (in which you walk down a boardwalk to get to) they added a very ugly and loud sand barging machine and is annoying. Obviously not the hotels fault but something to consider before booking. Overall we all love this hotel and there is so many reasons we keep coming back!

My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Resort at Cape Canaveral from 3/8/25 - 3/15/25 and had a wonderful time. The weather was excellent and the resort is fabulous. We especially liked the pool area and ocean beach access and the kids really enjoyed the lazy river. We even got to see a SpaceX crewed launch no more than ten miles away and even got to feel the launch. Altogether a really great experience. The only downside side was when we found out after our stay that the party we rented from was not the actual owner. Apparently he had manipulated the owner into allowing our stay and kept our entire rent stiffing the owner out of all of it. We felt really bad about this, but there was nothing we could do. So, be sure, if you rent, that the money is going to the actual owner and not some middleman.

Lovely little resort in terms of appearance. The corporate leadership are however lacking in truth and transparency. We were booked for a timeshare tour at 1130am. We arrived at 11:08am. We met the sales agents at 11:15am. After brief introductions,the agents inquired of our plans for the rest of the day. We remarked that we had a cruise at 330 pm but our designated boarding time was 230pm. We were confident that we we would have enough time for the two hour tour which would end at 130pm. Our Sales Agent went and spoke with her supervisor who then came out to meet with us. He flatly told us that 2 hours would be pushing it too close and that he will cancel the tour. We reminded him that we have enough time because it was after 11 am and the tour would end at 130pm. Our check in time for the cruise was 230 pm a full hour later after the tour would end. In addition the cruise terminal was an easy 5 min walk across the road. Despite this,he insisted that we cancel the tour because it's cutting it too close. On account of their unwillingness to do the tour, we did not get the time share tour, the reward points or the $200 cash back. In addition, my card was charged for the nights that I stayed at the hotel at a regular guest rate and not at the package rate After calls to corporate, they reversed the regular rate charges. My advise is this- avoid their vacation package deals unless you are willing to accept the possibility of not getting what you signed up for.
