Arbor Terrace RV Resort

I stayed here before moving out of state for work. Sonya, the manager was AWESOME. She was so friendly and fully explained pricing and everything to me. I stated in an RV cottage which was nicer than almost all my apartments I had throughout my 20s! The park was really clean and everyone was so friendly! There was a schedule of events and there was always something going on. I wish I had known about this place earlier. Sonya definitely cares about this community and making her customers happy!

The staff is fantastic! When we got there, our unit was cleaned and welcoming. The staff came by to welcome us personally and Sonya the manager stopped by to ensure everything was perfect and helped us with everything we needed. Great location and close to the beaches without the beachy price!

WORST PLACE EVER! This place is the most money hungry place I have ever seen. When we first got there the lady at the front desk told us she would try to find us a permanent spot and until then we can stay in a seasonal spot until December. The middle of September rolls around and we start seeing people leave the permant spots so we go ask her if we will be getting one of the spots. She tells us that now our RV is too old to get one and that we now have to be out by October 1st which was only two weeks away! That left us with only two weeks to find a place to live! On top of that the rent was now going to go up to 2000 dollars! 2000 dollars for an RV spot! You aren't even being provided with a home! Just a spot! You can rent an apartment for less that that! The cherry on top was when they started kicking people out the day after the hurricane. Trust me, go somewhere else.

When reviewing this campground resort we ask for premium pull thur site for 40ft motorhome.when looking at pictures this site had concrete patio with picnic table.when we get here this site is barely big enough for our unit.There is NO concrete patio & only one i have seen thus far that doesnt have one.u can't step.out of ur rv without stepping onto ur neighbors site less 2 ft.away.U r face to face with ur neighbor..we have had 2 bad days of rain thus far and we r in a mud puddle in front of our rv.I an SO disappointed in Sun outdoor resorts In putting ANYONE in this site.We have stayed in several sun resorts and this Site is by far the worst.Its really a.disgrace to them. will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.We r here for a mth.Had I know they treat customers in such a disrespectful way in their representation of this site NEVER would have come here!!

bad experience! horrible and dirty pool. The administration is not serious and the manager is aggressive! She told me: I'm the boss and I do what I want here! Arbor terrace has a serious problem, and this problem is named Sonya.
