I am an elite Marriott member. I have been traveling to this same location multiple times a year. This weekend I prebooked a whole weekend (Thurs-Sun) in advance. I called a week before to notify them I could not make it Thursday night. (Mind you they still have the money for the whole thing). When I arrived Friday, Someone at their location put me in as a no show and canceled my booking but kept the money. I explained that I called etc and not only did they not care but they wanted to charge me for the 2 nights again. Royce the manager refused to work with me on this and do anything. Lisa kept getting all flustered and worked up. I will never stay at this Marriott again because of the poor treatment.

Originally checked in at Holiday Inn, but room was crappy so left came here. It was all we expected. Our room was clean, front desk person, Leesa? Was very nice and helpful. Little pricey but whatever. Good location with other hotels and plenty of places to eat. Break fast not bad

Desk agent was rude and condescending. The hotel is old and tired. No USB outlets in the 2 bedroom suite. Televisions were very old and tiny. Desk is in the smallest bedroom, which was kids bedroom and useless for work, exhaust fan was so loud it awakened anyone sleeping in the room. The room smelled like onions and some other food. Overall disgusting. Very disappointing.

This hotel needs a major update. Carpet looked dirty & smelled. Old uncomfortable furniture, covering over couch ripped & hallways dark & dingy. The breakfast was acceptable only because of the bagels(which were good) Oatmeal was extremely watery. The bed was uncomfortable. It is a convenient location & the outside grounds are pretty. I would not stay here again

The one bedroom suite was perfect for our stay. The bed, pillows, air conditioning, kitchen supplies, and couch were so comfortable. The area has lots of green grass for our two small dogs, that accompanied us on our trip. I want to add that Royce and Anna, front desk personnel made us feel like family. Excellent customer service
