Just as we were about to arrive at the hotel, we got a call from our Loyalty Ambassador whose name I believe was Alton (I may be slightly off on spelling, I'm sorry I did not confirm) that if we'd like, he could upgrade us to the Presidential Suite due to the size of our party (family of 5 traveling with 3 teenage children). I cannot tell you how much this complimentary upgrade added to my family's enjoyment! The suite included a huge living room, office space, a dining room and kitchen. It was so lovely to be able to spread out after a day of touring D.C. and made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. This was my second stay at the Shoreham and I brought my family back because I wanted to share the hotel's history and beauty with them. Even though outside temps were a bit chilly, the pool was open and my husband and son took advantage. Our whole family enjoyed the beautiful grounds as well. We loved the convenience of the location to the metro and the zoo and enjoyed the neighborhood. Tulu the bellman gave us a warm greeting as we entered and was very helpful . Thank you for a great stay and we will be back soon!

Great hotel! Lived the pool and restaurant. Has a store that has breakfast and all types of food and snacks. A but pricy but great location! Pool is very nice! Rooms a large and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable. Room price per night was very reasonable. Went with family and kids and it was perfect! Because landscape and views

The hotel was nice and we had a comfortable stay. Staff are helpful, and pleasant, and check in/check out was easy. However, for the price and “resort” label, the lobby furniture and carpets should be cleaned more often. It was quite filthy.

We had a wonderful stay in the OMNI Shoreham. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. They really made our stay a joy from start to finish. From the doorman, to the front desk and the concierge, the last one gave us great tips and insights on the city. We loved the Facilities, we swam in the heated pool every morning which made a great start of the day. We wil definitely come back!

Such a family friendly hotel- it really is the little things - kiddie bags at check in, large grounds with things for kids to do, a kids crafting room! They even had bouncy houses when we were there! The flowers in bloom were breathtaking - being able to relax while your kids play is the ultimate vacation
