Stumbled across this horror show of a motel when we stayed later than expected visiting friends and didn't want to drive home late. There were few reasonably priced vacancies in the area die to recent power outages from the hurricane. At $100 it seemed like a great last min find ...until we arrived. The main office had all kinds of junk in it. We turned to each other and questioned if we should stay? But it was late. We entered our room and both groaned in horror. Musty, dirty, creepy, seedy. Stains on everything, inside toilet, torn blanket. This has to be the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Don't get me started on the smell. I feel gross and violated having attempted to sleep there. Should have spent more and stayed elsewhere....would have been worth the price for not feeling so disgusted.

Hotels.com took advantage of regular travelers charging $180 for a substandard room not worth $25! Not using hotels.com anymore!! Homemade bed, torn & dirty bedding, non-working outlets, 0 maintenance!

There was nothing else less than 225 a night in the area so we took a chance on a 150 per night place and were not pleased. Looked like we were driving up to the bates motel and we had to ring a buzzer to get into the office to check in. The motel room had broken furniture...dirt on it and doors missing from entertainment center and broken desk not to mention extremely old. The bathroom overhead light/fan was a bulb with no cover, the sink storage door was completely broken off and removed, bathroom tiles leaning against the wall, stained tub, bulbs out in the bathroom and bedside table light didn't even work....the bed seemed to have new sheets and the towels seemed new as well as they were stark white but the bed mattress was hard coils. There is a mini fridge and bar but the bar was empty and fridge didn't work even when plugged in. All I can say positive is that the tv and ac worked. Stay away for sure.

Reserved 4 rooms for a wedding 6 months before our scheduled date. Day of reservation hotel sends an email not to honor our reserved rooms. They blamed it on someone else. Dont start your stay here, may not happen.

Had a reserved hotel room canceled on us at a different hotel. Found this hotel last minute. Noted the bad reviews but really had no options. Only had one bed per room, so for the four of us ended up paying $250 for the night. For the following: *Beds were four mattresses stacked up *Sheets had dirt and dead bugs in them *Dead bugs in bathroom floor *Uncomfortable beds *AC didn't work *Showers were "iffy" in cleanliness, and iron smell was so strong in the water you almost couldn't stand it. *Chairs in rooms stained and nasty Please heed my advice and just keep looking!!!!
