Great vacation spot with the family. The unit was clean and roomy. The kids loved the hot tub. Staff was helpful.

Kitchenware very cheap and limited, kitchen knives so dull you couldn't cut anything. Light bulbs were mostly very dim. One shower head was 50% plugged. Need to know ahead of time that each unit only has one parking space. They recommend that a second car needs to park down town. Unit, including hot tub, was very clean.

Lovely area to go to beat the heat of AZ! Just beautiful scenery, scenic drives, and if you are active and like biking or hiking this is a great place to be.

Enjoyed our stay. Some furniture needs replaced, but room was clean, stocked well, and it is fun having a hot tub in the room. The staff are very friendly.

We loved our stay at Indian Peaks, from the friendliness of the staff to the location to the spacious rooms. It is very convenient to many shops, restaurants, and activities. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the beauty of Colorado!
