Not wheelchair accessible, cockroaches, no soap, asked for 2 beds got 1, people smoking and drinking in the pool area that weren’t staying at the hotel, the maid told us to walk around the whole building because she was blocking my chair. I do not recommend this place and if you do come don’t look underneath the bed or you will feel sick.

Upon arrival there was already police presence in the area when I went to go check and the manager told me to come back in 10 to 15 minutes even though he was there. When I did go back he gave me a hard time about my parking pass and was very rude. When I got to my room there were several holes in the wall and the room was on Kent. I knew that I did not want to stay two nights in this hotel so I attempted to contact Expedia knowing the property manager would be unwilling to give me a refund for the second night, and upon speaking to the Expedia travel agent, he also made her wait 10 to 15 minutes to call back, hotel seemed very understaffed. When she did call back she was told she was met with resistance as far as giving me a partial refund for trying to cancel the second night so I was stuck there for two nights. At about three in the morning there was a loud argument between two men one threatening death to the other. I was extremely scared and decided not to spend the second night. When I woke up the parking lot was full and they were cars blocking other cars due to their inorganization and poor management. I also failed to mention that when I asked the cleaning ladies where the pool was they didn’t even look my direction and told me to go to the front desk just overall horrible experience rude staff and poor management. I do not recommend. I believe the manager or whom ever he was could’ve been more accommodating and not force people to stay in his hotel when he had plenty and ample time to have the room rebooked.

Very noisy, heard traffic all night. After checking out they still hold an extra $150.00 above the $120.00 bill. The TV had only 1 station and you can’t change the channels. Tried 3 remotes from other rooms. NO Coffee and NO Breakfast available asked the clerk at checkout and she said nothing. Really they are false advertising for this entire stay. We were staying for a funeral so this just made it worse.

This place is being managed by Adi at night who was very helpful. Excellent communication and very detailed. No hassle at all, go check him out. I called prior to my visit and was able to book the room ahead of time with a simple reservation method that Adi honored.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in , I am from Las Vegas and this is far from luxurious . I would give it negatives stars if I could , the smell was horrible. I contemplated on sleeping inside my car instead , yes it was that bad . The bathroom had hair , toilet paper half used . And the best part is I woke up with bug bites all over me , I told the person in charge about it and no comment . I wouldn’t stay in this place again if they paid me to .
